Bowl with circular facets
Gilan Province. 1st-3rd century. Height 8.1 cm., diameter 11.9 cm. Private collection, Tokyo.
A bowl with an outward-curving rim like that shown in plate 6, made of pale green glass containing many air bubbles. There are eight circular facets just below the middle of the body and five more circular facets surrounding a circular facet at the base.
